What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us or using the contact form on our website.
- Include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account (typically 3–5 business days).
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
What items are not eligible for return or exchange?
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We sincerely apologize if you received a damaged or incorrect item! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
