Refund policy

At Creslia, we want you to love what you ordered. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a transparent and fair returns and refunds process. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns, refunds, and order cancellations.
1. Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be:

Unused and in their original condition

In original packaging, including all accessories, tags, manuals, etc.

Free from any damage or signs of wear

- Items marked as Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or Custom-Made are not eligible for return
2. Return Process

Submit a return request via our Returns Center or contact us at support@creslia.com.
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

Ship the product back within 5 days of receiving approval.

Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Note: We are not responsible for return shipments lost in transit unless the return label was provided by Creslia.
3. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider
- Then contact us at support@creslia.com if needed
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent. To request an exchange, email support@creslia.com with your order number and issue details.
5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them if they haven’t already been processed or shipped.

Once your order is in processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to request a return after delivery.
To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@creslia.com.
6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive an item that is:

Damaged in transit

Not what you ordered

Missing from your package
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Gift cards

Downloadable software or digital products

Clearance or final-sale items

Personalized or customized products

Hygiene-related items if unsealed (e.g., earbuds, screen protectors)
8. Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the gift wasn’t marked as such, or the item was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
9. Shipping Returns

Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

You are responsible for safely packaging the return. Items damaged during return transit may not be eligible for refund.
10. EU Residents – Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right:

Return the product(s) in unused, original condition within 14 days of cancellation notice
We will issue a full refund, including the standard shipping costs, once the returned items are received.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exceptions: This right does not apply to personalized, hygiene-related (if unsealed), or downloadable digital products.
11. Restocking Fee
We currently do not charge any restocking fees. If this policy changes, it will be reflected in this section.
