1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • During peak periods, sales, or product launches, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.


2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes, military (APO/FPO) addresses, or freight forwarding locations.

  • All shipping timeframes are estimated and may vary based on location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

  • Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not order placement.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

  • You can track your order status anytime using the tracking link in the email or by visiting our Track My Order page.


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can happen due to external factors beyond our control.

  • If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at support@creslia.com with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, please email us immediately to update the address.


8. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

  • If an order is returned to us due to refusal or an undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping fees.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged package or items are missing, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include clear photos of the packaging and products in your email to support@creslia.com.
